HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The processing time is 2 to 5 business days, and delivery time is 1 to 14 business days after payment confirmation. However, most of our packages are currently being delivered within an average of 20 business days.
Delivery time is counted in business days from the confirmation of payment — this means weekends and holidays are not included.
Once your purchase is confirmed, your order will be processed. This can take 1 to 5 days, depending on demand. Don’t worry — 97% of orders are shipped within 3 business days.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order using the tracking code sent to your registered email or WhatsApp.
Since shipping is international, the tracking code may take 3 to 7 days to update with the current status.

Correios usually take 1 to 3 days to register international tracking codes into their system. If your code doesn’t work initially, please be patient and try again the next day.
WILL I BE CHARGED ANY CUSTOMS FEES?

I RECEIVED MY PRODUCT, BUT IT’S INCOMPLETE
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, as we use different distribution channels.
You might receive the items on different dates, so don’t worry if they don’t all arrive at once — they are on their way.
WILL THE PRODUCT BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME?
Yes, all orders are shipped to the provided delivery address.
However, if the address is not found or there were multiple failed delivery attempts (e.g., no one was available), the package may be held at your local post office for pickup.
We recommend tracking your order using the code sent to your email to avoid the item being returned to the sender due to extended pickup delays.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
